The Managing Board is responsible for the Company’s strategy and management. Its Management is monitored by the Statutory Auditors.

BMB Manifattura Borse has past its 50th anniversary of luxury brands, quite a goal!
Dynamism and excellence have always been the distinguishing features that define the Company as one of the leading manufacturers within the Scandicci District,
which in turn is recognized to be the international artisanal and industrial hub for high quality and luxury leather goods.
The Company’s Mission is to offer a highly competent development and production platform to international luxury brands through its product knowledge, craftsmanship and industrial expertise.
BMB Manifattura Borse manages its production flow with more than 100 direct employees and external fully certified and exclusive contractors
that employ additional 240 skilled workers and technicians.
The use of up-to-date processes and the steady control of each phase allows the Company to master accurately back-to-back information flow,
quality output and reliable, on-time, deliveries to all its customers.
Since many years the Company is a top supplier of prestigious luxury brands, for both their iconic carryover styles
as well as for their more elaborated couture and runway items.
BMB Manifattura Borse manages seamlessly complex activities and projects, from research & development, prototyping and productions, all in one or tailored to our customers’ requirement.
Since 2017 a new management has spearheaded the Company’s business model into a b2b multi-brand manufacturing platform,
increasing considerably its production capacity through technical innovation and process simplification.
Next focus is on social responsibility and sustainable supply chain.
Company History of luxury brands
In 1968 BMB Manifattura Borse (formerly known as Bottega Manifatturiera Borse) started its first Florentine workshop, where products were crafted in its own name.
1984 BMB Manifattura Borse is incorporated as a registered Company, two years later starts production of small leather goods for international fashion brands and
in 2000 BMB Manifattura Borse expands its production facilities and starts subcontracting leather goods for prominent luxury brands.
2013 the Company is acquired by German investment fund Halder to support its growth and 2018 is marking fifty years of activity with the
Company evolving to become a modern and recognized luxury multi-brand manufacturing platform, counting on high-end collaborations.
even so 2019 a management buy-out has taken the Company back to its entrepreneurial spirit.

As an Italian incorporated joint-stock company or “Società per Azioni”, BMB Manifattura Borse S.p.A. has a dual management and control structure. The Managing Board is responsible for the Company’s strategy and management. Its Management is monitored by the Statutory Auditors.
Managing Board
The Managing Board consist of 4 members and is responsible for Strategy and Management, each of them have their own executive responsibilities.
Current members are Anton Magnani, Guido Carissimo, Stefano Zecchi and Gianluca Maino.

External Audit Company
RSM Società di Revisione e Orgnizzazione Contabile SpA is BMB’s external auditor, its scope is the audit of financial statements of corporations,
listed companies and reporting packages. If Based in Florence, the company adopts the same audit methodology adopted by the rsm network all over the world,
which is in line with italian and internatiional auditing standards (ifrs / ias)
and is subjected to quality controls of consob, the ministry of economy and finance, and RSM International.
